IIT Indore established in 2009. IIT Indore has three schools with over seventy faculty members including regular, visiting, adjunct and other faculty members on deputation from IIT Bombay.
School of Engineering had three discipline, Discipline of Computer Science and Engineering, Discipline of Electrical Engineering and Discipline of Mechanical engineering.
School of Basic Sciences has three disciplines, Discipline of Chemistry, Discipline of Physics and Discipline of Mathematics.
Schools of Humanities and Social Sciences has three disciplnes, Discipline of English Language and Literatute, Discipline of Economics and Discipline of Philosophy.
IIT Indore offers B.Tech and Ph.D. Degree in School of Enginnering. 40 seats are available in each department of this school for B.Tech students.
IIT Indore also offer Ph.D. Degree in School of Basic Sciences and School of Humanities and Social Sciences.
