Dr. Santosh K. Sahu is serving as an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Discipline of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore, India since October 2009. Prior to his arrival at IIT Indore, Dr. Sahu served from 2008-2009 as a Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology Rourkela, India. Currently he is a visiting scholar at the Purdue University, USA since September, 2011. He has received his Master's (2004) and PhD (2009) degree from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur India, respectively. He has authored 12 research papers in International Journals and Conference Proceedings. His current research interests include the thermo hydraulics of nuclear reactors, multi-phase flows and heat transfer, choked flows and rarefied gas flows. He has received the Indo-US fellowship for Engineering Sciences in 2011. (2*)He is currently on the Editorial Board of ISRN Mechanical Engineering and reviewer of various International Journals.
